For the ones with a shaker and some bartender skills
Difficulty 
Recipe for 150mL
1 ½ oz Tequila Blanco
1 ½ oz Grapefruit Liqueur
1 ½ oz Lime juice
½ tbs Cane Syrup (or simple syrup)
3 oz Veuve Du Vernay Brut
Directions
Pour the liqueur and the Tequila in a shaker, press a lime and add the juice and the cane syrup. Add some ice and shake. Pour in a glass and finish with Veuve du Vernay Brut.
Add some ice cubes.
