Recipe for 150mL
1 ½ tbs Gin
1 oz Raspberry Liqueur
1 ½ oz Lime juice
½ tbs Cane Syrup (or simple syrup)
3 oz Veuve du Vernay Rosé
A dash of Orange Bitter (optional).
Directions
Pour the liqueur and the Gin in a shaker, press a lime and add the juice and the cane syrup. Add some ice and shake. Pour in a glass and finish with Veuve du Vernay Rosé. Add some ice cubes.
